Returns & Exchange

DOMESTIC REFUNDS

• Refunds can be offered on faulty items.
• We will replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your Bilum & Bilas piece to prolong its life.
• The piece must be in original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached. 
• The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• The piece must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTES

• We are a small business and greatly care that you love your Bilum & Bilas piece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email us at info@bilumandbilas.com and allow us to find a solution for you!
• Exchange and credit notes may only be offered at the discretion of Bilum & Bilas, please email us at info@bilumandbilas.com
• All items to be exchanged need to be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• The piece must be in original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

• Refunds will only be offered on faulty items.
• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
• Email us at info@bilumandbilas.com with your order number, the item being returned and how you would like us to action. 
• The piece must be in original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached.  
• The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• The return shipping cost rests with the customer.
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
